My letter to get into the student council

My name is Ethan Hoggan and I am in Mrs.Snitselaar’s class.  I would like to be in student council. 

I think I would be good in student council because I am a smart boy. Here are some examples of how I am smart, I listen to the teacher when she speaks and I get good grades by doing well on my tests and math sheets.  One time someone lost their dollar and I found it and gave it to the teacher and got a life skill award for being honest.  The owner eventually got it from the teacher.  

I try my hardest to help others, my brother, and my family. I can serve others by treating them how I want to be treated. For example, this weekend I volunteered for

Pleasant Hill clean up day at the middle school.  I am going there when I am in 6th grade. I felt very good helping the middle school be cleaner. I am looking forward to helping someone again.  

My interests are learning how to play piano, writing blogs on my website Hoggan Boys, and going to cub scouts. I will not let you down if chosen to be in student council. Thank you for listening my essay.
